How It Works

At Luxe Albums, we’ve streamlined the process to ensure your bespoke photo album is not only beautiful but also easy to order and customise. Follow these simple steps to create your luxurious, handcrafted album.

1. Choose Your Album
Browse our collection and select the cover material and personalisation option that best suit your style. For albums, you’ll also need to decide on the number of images you’d like to include. If you need matching guest books or mini copies, you can add those to your order too.

2. Add Personalisation
Once you’ve selected your album, you’ll have the option to add up to two lines of personalised text. This could be your names, a date, or a meaningful phrase. The font and style has been tailored to the material to ensure a perfect finish.

3. Place Your Order
After finalising your customisations, simply place your order. You’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email, along with an upload link via WeTransfer, where you can easily upload your selected images for the album.

4. Upload Your Images
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an upload link to send us your images via WeTransfer. Please upload only the maximum number of images selected in your order, ensuring the photos that best tell your story are included. In the "message" box on the WeTransfer page, don’t forget to include your Luxe Albums order number so we can match the images to your order. 

5. Album Design
Once we’ve received your images, our experienced design team will get to work creating your album layout. Within five working days, you’ll receive a first draft to review. You’ll be able to flip through the pages and see how your images have been beautifully arranged to tell your story.

6. Review and Make Changes
We want your album to be perfect, so we include two rounds of design changes for free. You can leave comments and request adjustments, whether it’s switching images, changing layouts, or making other tweaks. Once you’re happy with the design, simply approve the final version.

7. Production and Handcrafting
After you’ve approved the design, your album will move into production. Our skilled team will begin handcrafting your album, using only the finest materials and traditional bookbinding techniques. Production takes around 10 working days, although this can be a little longer during our busy period between October and December. We'll advise you of your expected ship date. 

8. Receive Your Luxe Album
Once your album has been completed, it will be carefully packaged then shipped directly to you. We’ll send you a notification once your order has shipped, so you know when to expect your handcrafted Luxe Album.
