How it works
A simple path from choosing your cover to holding your album.
Order
Start with the album that suits your story, then add the finishing details.

Choose your album
Browse the collection and select the style, cover material, and personalisation that suit you. For albums, choose how many images to include. Add matching guest books or mini copies if you would like a complete set.

Add personalisation
Add up to two lines of text on the cover and presentation box. Names, a date, or a short phrase. The font and method are tailored to each finish for a clean, lasting result.

Place your order
When you are ready, complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation straight away, with everything you need for the next step.
Upload
Once your order is confirmed, send us the images that tell your story.

Upload your images
After checkout you receive a WeTransfer link. Upload only the number of images included in your order, choosing the photos that best tell your story. In the WeTransfer message box, include your Luxe Albums order number so we can match the files to your order.
Design
Our designers arrange your album. You review, refine, and approve.

Album design
Once your images arrive, our design team creates your layout. Within five working days you receive a first draft to review, so you can flip through the pages and see how your story has been arranged.

Review and refine
Two rounds of design changes are included. Leave comments, switch images, or adjust layouts until it feels right. When you are happy, approve the final version and we move to making.
Craft
After approval, your album is made by hand and sent to you.

Production and handcrafting
Your album is handmade using archival materials and traditional bookbinding. Production usually takes around 10 to 15 working days. During our busier period from October to December it can take a little longer. We will advise your expected ship date.

Receive your album
When your album is complete, it is carefully packaged and shipped to you. We send a notification when it leaves us, so you know when to expect your finished Luxe Album.
